The candidate will define, develop, and validate iOS field diagnostic tools for Apple products.
Key Qualifications
Experience with mobile programing (iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry) Websocket secure & JSON file encryption experience is a plus
Experience with high traffic, high availability applications.
UI development, web server and firmware development experience is a plus DSP and Data analysis experience is a plus

Description
The candidate will manage roll-out of iOS diagnostic solutions.
Responsibilities include integration of iOS diagnostic tools into the troubleshooting process in the field, working with engineering teams in the development of fault isolation SW/HW diagnostic tools/tests, analysis of engineering and factory data from internal iOS diagnostic tests to develop predictive models for root cause isolation, data mining of field iOS diagnostic data to generate correlations and trends to further enhance iOS diagnostic tools, and work w/ backend database systems groups to bridge information from a variety of sources to improve integrated iOS diagnostics and troubleshooting solutions to the service channels.
Education
Requires a minimum of BSEE, BSCS or equivalent training with 5-7 yrs related exp
